Late one with 44RF caliber marking. 95% nice blue on barrel and magazine with a few small surface rust spots. Very fine brass; Good bore; VG wood. A very tiny chip at bottom left next to frame. Barrel has a "V" in front of rear sight for alignment. Cleaning rod in stock.

Half octagon half magazine rifle with steel SGB. Set trigger. 75% blue, mostly thin on round part of barrel. 60% case colors on frame, hammer, lever and cap. Nicely figured fancy walnut with minor scratches. Rear sight is later type.

Very early, with heavy post front sight, thick band over fore-end and thick butt plate. This carbine is given an entire page in the Madis book. Nice, with 90% blue, 25% colors on hammer and lever. VG bore; EXC wood. Stock has two tiny chips out at frame.
